Parent digest
One note per family covering what changed in the window: credentials earned, hours logged, exam results, craft badges, Press Check activity, plus where the student stands on the three requirements. Families without an email on file are listed so you can add one from the roster.
Student digest
One personal note per student: the countdown to their graduation, exactly where they stand on the three requirements, what they added lately, and the one thing to do this week. Written to the student, in your voice. Copy it into a Canvas message, or email it when a student address is on file.
